Our SATS ELIXIA classes!

Sport Sats Large

Five days per week, Sunprime together with SATS ELIXIA, offers you to join different SATS ELIXIA classes. The classes are led by our trained instructors.

No classes Mondays and Fridays. For detailed schedule and information, see the Weekly schedule.

Water Aerobics, 30 min

30 minutes of fun and effective training in the pool. Four days per week. No classes Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Water Circuit, 30 min

Circuit training class in the pool where we train cardio and strength in different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to effective workout without demands on coordination or high strain on joints.

Crosstraining, 55 min

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination.

Core, 30 min

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice.

Yoga, 55 min

This class is a natural dynamic form of yoga, extra adapted to create muscular balance in the body. With the breathing in focus, this class will develop your ability to listen within the body and mind, while you exercise movement, strength and balance.

Power Step, 55 min

A cardio and strength class with interval training and high intensity. We use the step board for

the cardio training and weights for the strength. Power step is a class for the guest who wants a fun, easy and hard work out.

Fast Fit & Fabulous, 55 min

Gives you a full body workout in an optimal mix in 55 minutes! We practice speed, agility and reaction training. The class also contains functional strength, balance and flexibility training. Most of the class we are working against the clock and it is you who decide how tough it gets.

Energy, 30 min

A cardio class with interval training and high intensity. We use no equipment.

Running, 30 min

Outdoor running. Based on shorter distance or interval training to train you endurance.

Senior Circuit, 30 min

Functional and varied strength and cardio training in circuit training format. We use weights, rubber bands and own body weight to make exercises effective.

For those who have little or no experience from training, or suffers from back and knee problems we recommend the following classes – Yoga, Water Aerobic, Water Circuit, Senior Circuit and Core.

Following classes suitable for those who train regularly and want tougher workout including jumps and high intensity training – Power Step, Energy, Running, Fast Fit & Fabulous and Crosstraining.
